Dr. Jia's research is primarily empirical and span applications in financial accounting, the influence of emerging financial technologies, and digital transformation in banking practices. His studies also involve areas such as climate change social norms, IPO underpricing, financial stability, citizens' financial literacy, and economics of discrimination. Jason earned his PhD from Schulich School of Business, York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and practiced in the bank treasury department.
